Goals: 1. 180/185 pounds or size 12/14 (whichever comes first) 2. Tone and shape my legs, thighs and arms
Personal Motivators: • I will be able to wear my size 12 dresses for the Black & White Affair Dec 06 and on the cruise in 2007. • I will have maintained control in what I eat and my exercise. • I will reach my size 12/14 with all my 16's too big. • I will continue to shop at any store. • I will be able to wear my swimsuit with no skirt no wrap.
• My thunder thighs will be gone. • Self sabotage will be a thing of the past.

It seems that I am up again and down again so much that I have made some decisions. I am by all means still in the game, but once again I am going to shift my focus off that number. I posted my stats on my weight loss support board as such today - 186-192 pick a number. LOL! I will continue to weigh, but I am not changing the number until I hit 185 or lower.

. The next morning I was up 2 pounds to 189. I had a good day Friday, but Saturday I was still up two pounds. Saturday was book club day and we had “make your own sandwiches” fixings. I grabbed a few pieces of meat and diet soda. My exercise was off, due to a busy weekend so I guess that did not help. By weigh in day I manage to pick up two more bringing me to 191 for the week. 
My weekend was full and busy which I knew it would be. No exercise which I thought I would make time for something, but I didn't. Out late Friday, up early Saturday and out all day, overslept Sunday, made it to Sunday school on time and up all night doing hair for back to school today. Overslept Monday morning so no morning exercise which I didn’t need to do anyway. I planned to exercise Monday night, but decided to give my stomach one more day of rest. I discovered something Sunday night. I can't sit and do both my children's hair in one sitting. Too much twisting and bending and by the time I was through my stomach area was hurting and tied in knots. I have to be careful with the movements of my stomach and I didn't think about the 4 almost 5 hours sitting doing hair.

Exercise grade for this week is low. I have 696 minutes and I will need to push it to make the 1000 this month, but I will make it.
